Brian did a great job as my agent when I was purchasing my property so it was only natural to go with him when it was time to sell. He did a great job during the process and we had a successful sale despite the factors outside of our control and last minute issues that came up. I had to leave the state before final signatures and he made sure everything went as smooth as it could. Even after the sale of the house Brian has continued to be helpful in the search for my next property.

We have been through a handful of real estate agents. We continue to work with Brian because over the years he has consistently prioritized his real estate obligations in such a way that he has never missed an important date or caused us to miss out on an investment, like other agents in the past have done. Maybe even more important is the research that he puts into the properties that we look into. His dedication and research has helped us make great investment decisions.

First off I would like to say I usually don't leave reviews but with my experience with Brian and Century 21 I had too. If I had one word to describe Brian and his services that word would be "WOW". Being in the military and stationed away from my property, there has always been challenges but having a property for sale only made the situation harder on me and my family. Our tenants destroyed my property and we had no one but Brian to help us piece back our home. This guy performed wonders for me and my family. He not only sold my home he helped me completely renovate the home with no questions asked. This guy had to have worked countless hours attending to my home and making multiple visits. OOHHH and the communication was flawless. In the military we are big on communication and updates and Brian hit this area out of the park for us. He called at least 3 times a week and emailed me important information on a timely fashion. This guy is a true professional and I owe him more than a "THANK YOU". He has done what me and my wife thought was the impossible and sold what we considered a money pit. Thank you Brian and Century 21 for giving me and my family life again and a chance to breath freely. If you are ever in San Antonio I owe you a Steak Dinner. You ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brian was a phenomenal realtor for my family and I. We were really nervous as this was our first time purchasing a house. We were really impressed with his knowledge on the local area, va loans, and working with usaa. We never felt pressured or rushed on purchasing. In addition, he was a stand up guy who didn't beat around the bush. He was able to translate the extensive process and jargon involved with the home buying experience. Furthermore, he was always available to answer phone calls and show homes, regardless of day or time. Lastly, he seemed to know a lot about the construction of homes and what to look out for in making a smart investment. We were very impressed with Brian and will definitely refer him to friends and family.
